About Me
I’m an SAP Freelancer consulting with +11 years of international experience in consulting and delivery. During my career I had several roles, such as Manager in Accenture or Project Manager at Nestlé or Abertis. Seasoned professional with extensive experience in Finance EPM with a strong knowledge including, functional and technical, in Consolidation, Planning or Analytics.
I’m focused on supporting senior leaders in global organizations to re-imagine their Analytics & FP&A functions, through the latest innovations. Lately I was involved in big transformation programs and implementing S/4 HANA Group Reporting as consolidation tool.
My Experties
Throughout these years, I had the opportunity to play various roles and gain experience in different areas of the EPM landscape. Some of the main relevant areas with high specialization and experience are the following.
SAP EPM Consultant
Wide experience in consolidation and planning projects using SAP BPC (all versions), with HANA database. Involved in consolidation projects for international companies with huge consolidation perimeters. Related to S/4 HANA Group Reporting, as today I'm actively enrolled in projects related with this new tool, including implementation and analysis/benchmarking projects.
EPM strategy & roadmap design
Strong ability to build roadmaps and strategies for companies’ leaderships on EPM tools, in order to drive value, outmanoeuvre risk and compete when moving to Digital, in order to enable this movement faster than the pace of business. The three key pillars that I keep in mind to do this are: Control & Compliance; Visibility & Timeliness and Maneuverability
Project management
As a Project Manager, I’m able to drive the sales and delivery of EPM projects across multiple industries. Also I can give you support driving the RFI or RFP process. Additionally, I had the big opportunity to manage off shore team across the globe using both, waterfall and agile methodology.
Functional & technical knowledge
During my career I had several roles and all of them I love it. I could support and lead in functional and technical aspects in the SAP EPM world. Besides SAP BPC and S/4 Group Reporting, I have strong knowledge on SAP BW and I'm quite familiar with coding languages like: ABAP, FOX or VBA.
